How to get started
Sign up
Create your driver account in the app and add your vehicle (category and number plate).
Verification
The InDeliver team reviews your account before your first offer.
Top up your credit
After the free period, top up your credit by instant bank transfer. The fee is taken from it automatically.
Send offers
Browse requests in your city with the distance and recommended price, and offer your price.
Do the job
The customer follows you on the map and pays you directly, in cash.
A fixed fee, not a percentage
You set the price. InDeliver only takes a fixed amount per completed trip, whatever the trip price.

Prepaid credit
Prepaid credit: top up, then drive
Like a phone top-up: you add credit, and at the end of each completed trip the fee is taken from it automatically. No debt and no bill at the end of the month.
Taken automatically
10 or 20 MAD is deducted only when the trip is completed. Nothing on a cancelled trip.
Not enough credit?
If your balance falls below the fee of the next trip, you cannot send new offers or confirm a trip until you top up.
Always visible
The app shows your balance, its state (enough, low, not enough) and the history of every top-up and every fee.
During the free period
No fee is taken. You do not need to top up to get started.

Top up by instant bank transfer
Open “My balance”
In the app, go to My balance, then “Top up”.
Choose the amount
Between the minimum and maximum shown in the app.
Make the transfer
Send an instant bank transfer to the InDeliver account: the bank, account holder and RIB are shown in the app, with a button to copy them.
Declare the transfer
Enter the amount and the transfer reference (printed on your bank receipt), with a note if needed.
Validation
The team checks that the transfer arrived and credits your balance. You can follow the top-up status in the app.
- Always use the RIB shown in the app. InDeliver will never ask you to send money to another account.

- An Android phone or an iPhone, with location (GPS) turned on.
- An account approved by the InDeliver team, who may contact you to check your identity and vehicle.

How are drivers verified?
Before they can send offers, every driver account is reviewed and approved by the InDeliver team.
How much does InDeliver take from drivers?
A fixed fee per completed trip: 10 MAD for a cargo trike, small utility or van, 20 MAD for a truck. No percentage, nothing on cancelled trips, and new drivers start with a free period.
How does the prepaid credit work?
You top up your balance in advance and the fee is taken from it automatically at the end of each completed trip. The app shows your balance and its history.
How do I top up my credit?
By instant bank transfer to the InDeliver RIB shown in the app, then you declare the amount and the transfer reference. The team checks it and credits your balance. CashPlus is coming soon.
What happens if my credit is too low?
You cannot send new offers or confirm a trip until you top up and the top-up is validated.
Do I pay during the free period?
No. During the free period (currently 30 days), no fee is taken on completed trips.
