1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the InDeliver app and the indeliver.ma website, a platform that connects customers who need a move, transport or a delivery with independent drivers. By creating an account, you accept them.

2. Publisher

InDeliver is published by ALMA HOLDING LLC, registered in [country / state of registration] under No. [registration number], registered office: [address]. Contact: contact@indeliver.ma.

3. InDeliver’s role

InDeliver is a technical intermediary, not a carrier. The transport contract is made directly between the customer and the driver, at the price they agreed. InDeliver is not a party to that contract. [Liabilities and limits to be specified by a lawyer.]

4. Accounts and sign-in

You must be at least [18] and give accurate information. You can sign in with your phone number or e-mail and a password, or with Google or Apple. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. One account per person and per role.

5. Drivers

Driver accounts are verified by InDeliver before they can send offers. Drivers work independently and remain responsible for their vehicle, for following the highway code, for any permits required and for the care of the goods carried. [Licence, insurance, transport permit and document requirements: to be completed by a lawyer.]

6. Requests, recommended price and offers

The customer describes the request in good faith (addresses, goods, date, number of helpers, floors and lift).

The app shows a recommended price calculated from the road route and the rates set by InDeliver (base fare, price per kilometre, helpers, floors without a lift). This price is a guide: it binds neither the customer nor the driver. The driver freely offers a price; the agreement is made when the customer accepts an offer.

7. Paying for the trip

The customer pays the driver directly, in cash, the agreed price. InDeliver does not collect trip prices and charges customers no service fee. [Receipts issued by drivers and drivers’ tax obligations: to be specified.]

8. Driver fee and prepaid credit

Drivers owe InDeliver a fixed fee per completed trip, shown in the app (currently 10 MAD for a cargo trike, small utility or van, and 20 MAD for a truck). No fee is due on cancelled or unfinished trips, or during the free period granted to new drivers. A change of amount only applies to future trips [notice period to be specified].

The fee is paid from a prepaid credit balance:

  • the driver tops up the balance by instant bank transfer to the InDeliver account whose RIB is shown in the app, then declares the amount and the transfer reference;
  • InDeliver credits the balance once it has seen the transfer arrive; an inaccurate declaration may be rejected;
  • the minimum and maximum top-up amounts are shown in the app; payment at an agency (CashPlus) will be offered later;
  • the fee is taken from the balance automatically at the end of each completed trip, so the balance can become negative;
  • when the balance is below the fee of the next trip, the driver cannot send new offers or confirm a trip until the next top-up;
  • the balance can only be used to pay fees and cannot be withdrawn from the app; a fee may be refunded to the balance in a dispute.

[Refund of unused credit when an account is closed, any paid subscription after the free period, and invoicing of fees: to be completed.]

9. Cancellations and disputes

[Cancellation policy for customers and drivers (time limits, consequences): to be completed.] If you disagree about a trip, contact support (Support). InDeliver can help reach an amicable settlement but is not a party to the transport contract.

10. Prohibited uses

You must not give false information, impersonate anyone, carry illegal or dangerous goods [list to be completed], harass another user, circumvent the platform’s rules or undermine its security.

11. Availability

InDeliver tries to keep the service available but cannot guarantee it. Maps, routes, distances and durations come from third-party providers and may be approximate.

12. Liability

[To be completed by a lawyer.]

13. Suspension and deletion

You can delete your account at any time (Delete my account). InDeliver may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms, fraud or a risk to users’ safety.

14. Personal data

See the Privacy policy.

15. Changes

InDeliver may change these terms. Users are told about significant changes in the app before they take effect.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. [Competent court to be completed.]
